Working with his father in retail, Danny Lakin began his career in the orthopedic footwear business. From there, he continued on as a salesman, a sales manager and president. Since 1972, Lakin has continued helping the industry and his colleagues to build an event where vendors and retailers can create and build upon valuable relationships. With more than 40 years under his belt, he will continue to direct and support The B&STA of New York.
